Unfortunately, rising costs of staff wages, medical supplies, insurances and utilities we cannot Bulk Bill procedure appointments and New Patients who do not have any Concession Cards
OUR BULK BILLING POLICY👇
⭐️ALL Pension Card Holders
⭐️Health Care Card Holders
⭐️DVA Card Holders
⭐️Patients with any concession card
⭐️Children under the age of 16
Will be Bulk Billed for STANDARD CONSULTS ONLY
⭐️All New Patients ( including concession card holders) and children will be charged $60 approx out of pocket For a STANDARD consult.
⭐️ For a Longer Consult the out of pocket will vary for first timers without concession cards.

FROM the 1st of January 2023 under our NEW Practice Policy we will charge private fee for procedures to cover the cost of consumables and staff wages.
⭐️ ALL Non Medicare patients will pay a 100$ Out of Pocket for a Standard Consult.
⭐️Abusing our staff or showing disrespect or aggression to any staff on premises will lead to severe action being taken against the patient.
NOTE: Saturday/Sunday and Public Holidays OUT OF POCKET MAY APPLY
All procedures – ( minor or major ) will have an out of pocket for All including pension card holders/ Health care card holders/ Children etc.

Cancellation Policy
Please inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer this appointment slot to other patients who may have an immediate need to our care.
Cancellation fees will be applied if you fail to cancel your appointment at least 4 hours before the time. Cancellation fees are 100% of the the consultation fee.
